"PET CSI®: "Matches The Poop To Who Didn't Scoop Legally" In 2009 PET CSI® introduced Pet DNA Matching Services to Multifamily Developers, Property Managers and HOA’s across the US. They all met this innovative problem solving idea with overwhelming excitement in providing “A Solutions to Pet Waste Pollution”. Around that same time PET CSI® introduced this technology to the Dallas City Council. PET CSI® received a less than favorable reception from the City Council, they laughed at the idea of DNA Identification for pets and even made jokes however several members actually took PET CSI® seriously. Several Council members requested more information including implementation, references, and revenue potential. PET CSI® also received request from the Stormwater Management Department and Code Compliance Department for more information.
